Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unsatisfied with your brainstorm, reach out to us immediately! There are no refunds but we want you to be happy with your results! We also offer 7 days of email access to ask questions after your session!
How do I schedule my call?
Upon purchasing your branding brainstorm, you'll receive a link to an intake form via the course and email. We will then review your intake form and you can schedule a call on the calendar provided. Your call will be completed within the month.
How long is the call?
30 minutes on zoom.
Will you be helping me build my brand and completing my brand for me?
No. We are not picking your branding (i.e. fonts, colors, logo) just brainstorming ideas for your overarching theme and aesthetic.
